2. Configure Notification for Form

  • Click on the “Settings” tab where you will find various options. Click on the “Notifications” tab.
  • It you allow customizing the email address so that the order email will be sent to it.
  • You can use your own email address or any member of your team. So, just write the email address in the “Sent to Email Address” field.
  • To send the confirmation mail to your customers, you need to click on “Show Smart tags.” This option is available in the Send to the Email Address field.
  • You are free to change the email subject, which would help customers know what they have ordered. It can include “personalize messages,” “From Name,” “From Email,” Reply-To emails,” etc.
  • To make it easy, if you wish to include all fields of the form, just click on “{all fields}” smart tag.
  • It is also possible to create multiple forms notification.

3. Configure The Form Confirmation

From confirmations are the messages thatt are displayed to the customer after they submit the form. Click on the “Confirmation Tab” in the setting option and further select confirmation Type.

The three types of confirmation are as follows:

  1. Message: It is the default confirmation type where you can show the message to customers. It would confirm that customer has placed the order successfully.
  2. Go to URL: It would help to redirect customers to a different website.
  3. Show Page: It will take customers to the specific page where you can regard customers and show gratitude for placing the order. It will make your customers happy and boost them to further place nay such order with you.

After selecting the confirmation, click on the save to apply all changes.

4. Configure Payment settings

If you want payment integration in your order form, you need to configure it. Else you can skip it as per your requirement. To configure payment in your order form, you need to follow below-mentioned steps:
